What is 21st Century Thame?
A new Thame partnership has been created in the town, with representatives from the local community, businesses and local authority groups. The Thame partnership was setup in late 2004 and will take on the responsibility of implementing Action Plan projects that have evolved from the Market Town Healthcheck process.

It was standing room only at The Spread Eagle, Thame, on Sunday (15/11/09) for the capacity audience who wanted to see if indeed, Thame’s Got Talent.
Thame Walking and Cycling Map - error

Map available to download. An error has been brought to our attention.
The error is the incorrect representation of the public footpath running north towards Towersey from west of Henton. On the map it is coloured brown as a ‘cycle/walking route (off-road), whereas it should have been coloured green as a footpath and thus should not be used by cyclists or riders without permission of the landowners.
Thame Food Festival

The weather was perfect and the crowds rolled into the picturesque market town of Thame to see what its Food Festival had to offer. The atmosphere was relaxing with al fresco dining either outside the Town hall or outside one of the cafes in Buttermarket. Both stallholders and customers enjoyed the day, celebrating local food and all Thame has to offer as a historic market town.
